OSC REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT DEVELOPMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY

The OSC Real Estate Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (OSC Resco) was established on 27 March 2008 by the following shareholders:

• The National Oil Services Company of Vietnam Limited (OSC Vietnam)
• The Kien Quoc Production-Trading-Service Joint Stock Company (KIAOCorp)
• The OSC Investment-Construction Joint Stock Company (OIC)

These founding shareholders are large and prestigious companies with diversified business activities particularly in the fields of tourism, investment, construction and real estate

OSC Resco was formed to carry our its original idea of investing in apartment buildings in localities which have strong tourism development to sell to those who use their apartments as either residential or convalescence houses. Apartment owners can negotiate with the investor so that their apartments can be operated as hotel rooms when they have no use of them.

• Providing management services to high buildings.
• Trading of properties.
