The National Oil Services Company of Vietnam Limited (OSC Vietnam) on 20 May 2011 held the inauguration ceremony of the Oil Technical Services Company Limited (OSC Tech).

OSC Tech is formed to carry out OSC Vietnam’s core business of oil technical services that was once undertaken by OSC Vung Tau. Being inherited a strong foundation from OSC Vung Tau and a substantial investment from OSC Vietnam, OSC Tech will be able to continue further development in the area of oil services, industrial zones and seaports.

  

The OSC Tech has the charter capital of 50 billion VND and is 100% owned by OSC Vietnam. The major businesses of OSC Tech include the following:

- Supplying various kinds of goods/materials, equipment and technical services to the petroleum industry, ship building, marine transport, power plants and industrial parks.

- Acting as agent and/or representative.

- Cooperating with domestic and international partners in terms of technical transfer in the oil industry.

- Renting manpower, equipment.

- Supplying various fuels such as oil & gas, lubricant, and chemicals used in the oil industry.

- Import and export of equipment, materials
